Itro’s Richmond location enables all clients to receive prompt technical support. Engineers provide onsite, remote and helpdesk support. Remote support enables engineers to work on any issues without being onsite. Our engineers can access your IT problems through remote access tools and fix problems via our Richmond office. All solutions are explained in 'lay' terms which means no IT jargon: just straight to the point answers.
Business hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. After hours support is available on request. All our engineers are based in our Richmond office. Not only does Itro provide local remote support, we also deal with all third party vendors across any time zone. This means that you will not have to spend time dealing directly with IT issues: Itro will take care of everything.

Warranty Facilitation
All products supplied by Itro come with a vendor warranty. On purchasing any product, you will be informed as to how long your purchased good is covered under its warranty and what cover you are entitled to. Should you need to action your warranty, contact Itro and we will take care of the rest.
