- Service Desk – itro’s Service Desk enables all clients to receive prompt technical support from an experienced itro engineer.
- Remote Access Support ‐ Using our secure, remote access, Customer Portal, itro’s engineers can access your IT problems through remote access tools and fix problems via our Cremorne (Richmond) office.
- Site Visit Support ‐ For situations that are too complex to resolve remotely, itro’s engineers will visit on site. With our Cremorne (Richmond) office located only 5 minutes from Melbourne’s central city district, we can be at your business premises in no time.
You only need to call one IT Support Number (1300 10 3000) and we’ll direct you to a team member best qualified to help you.
Our Service Desk operates Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 6.30pm (AEST) excluding Victorian Public holidays. After hours support is also available.
We also deal with all third party vendors across any time zone. This means that you won’t need to spend time dealing directly with IT issues: itro will take care of everything.
