Type of information collected and use
When we conduct services on your behalf, we ask you for the information we need in order to provide you with the best service experience possible. The type of information we will request from you includes the following:

- Other assorted technical information
We use your information to provide technical support to you as requested. We also use your information to send you relevant product and promotional material, manage your ongoing requirements (ie. invoicing, renewals, customer surveys) and keep you informed about us. We may occasionally notify you about new services and special offers, events or articles we think will be of interest to you. We may send you regular updates by e-mail or by post on relevant matters. If you would rather not receive this information, please notify us. We may use your information internally to help us improve our services and help resolve any problems.

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.We may need to provide your information to contractors who supply services to ITRO, however we will do our best to ensure that they protect your information in the same way that we do. We may disclose personal information in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to comply with a legal process.
Checking, updating or changing the information we are holding
Upon receipt of your written request and enough details to allow us to identify the information, we will disclose to you the personal information that we hold about you. We will also correct, amend or delete any personal information that is inaccurate.
